Overnight Oats Anyone?

Creamy Vanilla Protein Packed Oat/Chia Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup of Organic Rolled Oats

  • 2 Scoops of our Vanilla Cream

  • 1 Tbsp of Chia Seeds

  • 1 Cup of Almond Milk

  • 1 Tbsp of Agave or Honey

  • 2 tsp of Chia Seeds

Instructions

1. Wet Ingredients: Pour milk in a mason jar or bowl

2. Dry Ingredients: Combine and mix together - Oatmeal and 2 scoops of BBfL Vanilla.

3. Pour dry ingredients into milk and fold dry ingredients into wet until it's mixed well.

4. Pour chia seeds into mixture and fold them in well

5. Drizzle Honey/Agave in last to see how sweet you want your Oat/Chia Pudding.

QUICK TIP: Add your favorite nut butter on top and them place in the fridge overnight or at least for 3 hours.
